Policies
Booking Sessions
Sessions can only be booked on accounts that are current.
Package Expiration
Expiration dates are in place to help you reach your goals. Pilates is progressive and in order to reach your goals a set schedule brings the best results. Please try and choose specific days and times if possible. We are open to adding classes at any time once 4 people have identified interest.Arrangements can be made for specific circumstances.
Session Packages expire as stated below -
- Package of 5 Credits expire after 7 weeks
- Package of 10 Credits expire after 12 weeks
- Package of 20 Credits expire after 6 months
Prepaid Sessions
Prepaid sessions are fully transferable but not refundable.
Dormant Accounts
If an account is dormant for 12 months the remaining balance will expire without refund. If you choose to return to the studio and purchase a new package of credits, a proportion of your old credits will be reinstated.
Cancellation Policy
Clients must provide 4 hours notice to cancel their class allowing other clients to access the space. Charges will be applied only if we are unable to fill your spot with someone on the waiting list.
Respect For Others
Disruptive behavior that affects the normal operation of the Studio or another clients' enjoyment of the facility may result in you being requested to leave the facility. The remainder of your account will be refunded by mail within a week.Pilates Emporium is a scent free area.
