90 Day Belly Battle Challenge
Balance your life and health with reasonable nutritional and activity choices. It really can be done in just 90 days and through the toughest time of the year. Mature clientele have unique issues related to that belly bulge. We will be introducing you to the Body Bi Vi 90 Day Challenge with exciting health and fitness options here at the studio. Heart and Stroke Fundraiser
Heart disease and stroke take 1 in 3 Canadians before their time and it is the #1 killer of women. By volunteering in your neighbourhood for Heart Month this February, you can help change these alarming statistics.
Glam it Up

Big Bike Ride for Heart and Stroke
Big Bike is a team-building social event that provides an opportunity for colleagues, family and friends to work together and have fun while raising critical funds to support heart disease and stroke research. The activity takes place aboard Canada’s only 30 seat bicycle. Teams of 29 or half teams of 15, collect pledges to ride a 2m (15 min) route in their community. Perfect for all fitness levels, aged 14 and above.

Dragon Boat Races for Wellspring Niagara
The Festival, now in its 13th year, is a one-day Festival held on Henley Island. Teams (22 crew members, of which 8 must be female) race on a 500-meter course in three heats during the day. The Festival provides all equipment, including the dragon boats, paddles, safety equipment, etc. Participating teams come from many diverse areas of the community, including professional teams eager to experience the Historic Henley course, employee groups sponsored by their companies (team-building), community groups (churches, families, organizations/clubs, etc.), Breast Cancer Survivor teams, and more. Practices are provided the week prior to Race Day and each team has the opportunity to receive two training/practice sessions. Our Festival recognizes the value of dragon boating as beneficial exercise and fellowship for breast cancer survivors and provides Challenge Races and the traditional Carnation Ceremony.

Royal Canadian Henley Regatta
Welcome to the 129th Royal Canadian Henley Regatta. The city of St. Catharines is proud to roll out the welcome mat for the best in North American rowing. 2011 is an exciting year as we celebrate 129 years of competition and tradition. The regatta strives to offer the best experience for all participating as athletes, coaches, spectators or volunteers.

Run for the Cure for Breast Cancer
Whether you are a long time supporter or this is your first time participating in the Run for the Cure, thank you for choosing to direct your time, effort, dollars and heart to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation.
